I have a part that is essentially a cylinder with a pattern of axially drilled holes defined by a table. While I could calculate this out for each pair I would like to know if there is a function in solidworks that will tell me what the minimum wall thickness of the part is and ideally, where that minimum is. The issue is that the RP shop I plan to use has a requirement that there be no walls thinner than 0.040. I can visually pick out the gaps that are way too small but I can't necessarily pick out something that may be 5-10 thou off. Image of part attached. You can see where I have already removed some material to eliminate a wall that was too thin.
