..uhmm,.. there is a lot of work to do here... it's a old model... btw, is this your model?
..for testing.. the easiest thing to do is simplfy,.. so, if you roll back to the first mirror.. and clean up.. it should be good enough?

Knit surfaces would be the tool to use. If all of the selected surfaces enclose a volume, then the option to create solid should appear.
