For those of you (including me) who didn't realize it, you can set the angle of the drill point in the Hole Wizard Property Manager to 180deg. and get a flat bottom hole that you can then add tolerance to both the diameter(s) and depth(s) in the drawing which you cannot do if you use an extruded cut hole unless you build a note using dimensions from different views.

This might be old news you but it's new to me.
