new 2008 install on vista 64 bit

Ok, I've read some of the other posts on this topic, and it doesn't seem incredibly clear to me how to do this.

I have a new computer that is connected to a LAN but not to the internet. OS = vista 64. I fell down the stairs this morning and for some odd reason want to install SW08 on it. The only other machines available are 32 bit. I can't run SWIM because SWIM has to run on the machine SW is going to be installed on, and SWIM and SW have to both be the same 64/32 version.

I can't just download the file and install it because even the vista 64 2008 3.1 asks which version you are upgrading from, and does not appear to be a complete install.

So how do I do this other than connecting the new box directly to the internet?
