Changing the project directory

Is there a way to change the project directory, i.e. the "1" directory where the .fwp and results files are created?

I ask because I tried duplicating an entire directory (a level up from the "1" project directory), so that I could run a new simulation without affecting the old one at all. I know that you can clone a project and create a new configuration of the old model, but I wanted to make bigger changes to the model than can easily be handled with configurations.

When I duplicated directories this way, I was surprised to find that the new model was still looking to the old project directory. I thought it would use relative paths but it does not.

Thanks,
Wallace

P.S. This is in FloWorks 2005.
