Hello,
Not in front of SolidWorks right now, but...
How about inserting a new column(s) into your cut list table and then save it as a new cut list template?
Make the new columns as equation columns which reference the length and weight properties and convert accordingly.
There's an example in SW help on equation column using qty and cost to compute total cost.
I hope this helps.
Cheers,
Kevin
Hello,
I revisited my idea I posted and the best I could do was to add a custom property that references "LENGTH", but it won't do the math.
Adding "*25.4" to the end of the code to get the LENGTH just returns the LENGTH value with "*25.4" quoted after it: "30*25.4".
Sorry I was of no help.
Cheers,
Kevin
Did you find a solution to the dual dimensioning of cut list?
