Read access users cannot view drawings?

I have created a general user account in PDMWorks and have tried to access the data through the web portal viewer.

I cannot view the solidworks files from that user account, everything is set-up correctly as I can see,

1) Global Settings: Don't allow read only users to open docs in PDMWorks Workgroup Viewer is unchecked

2) The Individual projects allow the General User Group RO access to all of the projects required.

Is there something else I have missed?
