Hi,
I can't make a proper jog. Whenever I use jog without option "fix projected length" it gives me wrong length of the part (part is longer after bending than before).
I want to make a jog offset smaller than material thickness. How to make it and avoid incorrect flat pattern length? So the part is shorter after forming.

I went through that thread before and there is no answer for my issue. I did the same trick as Craig descriped in:

But I still have the same issue. Part is being longer after forming.
The only way I would do a jog bend like that is draw the side profile and insert the bends after the part is modeled, some of the sheet metal features have had numerous bugs in the past, I think a lot has been cleaned up, but parts like you show are still screwed up..
