Using a Block as a Miter Flange sketch creates sharps

It would make sense to keep blocks of standard Miter Flanges for re-use. But when I use one it gives me sharp corners on all but the attaching corner. If I explode the block it rounds the corners normally.

Can any one confirm or explain this behavior? Should I post this as a bug?
