Task Scheduler 2007 does not work

I was asked to convert all of my plastic part files to IGES to send out for tooling quotes. I follow the instructions for exporting files using task scheduler and everything looks good. When I hit finish to set the task the window closes but nothing is added to me list for scheduled or complete. No files are created. The system dosn't crash, the programs don't crash. Over all it just closes the window for setting the task and thats it. I am working on 2007 Sp4.0, do I need to have admin or power user rights on my computer for this to do anything?

I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM WITH 09
I SET IT TO DISECT AT A CERTAIN TIME AND IT SEEMS TO NOT DO ANYTHING OR UPDATE I WISH I COULD FIGURE OUT WHAT IT IS I NEED TO DO.
I HAVE LOTS OF FILES I WANT TO DISECT ON DIFFERENT DRIVES AND SO FORTH SO HOPEFULLY WE CAN FIND OUT WHATS GOING ON
AND HOWS THAT SOLIDWORKS 07 WORKING FOR YOU
BECAUSE THIS 09 IS SLOW AS ALL GET OUT

We moved to SW 2008 and I managed to make the task scheduler work. The one thing that I did notice was that the default start time is whenever you create the task and you need to move that forward or it won't run.

We haven't upgraded to 09 because there are 35 computers with SW loaded and we haven't figured out how to push it out without walking around to each computer and logging in as an admin.
