Checking in Assembly with Linked DT

I need to check an assembly into PDMWorks that is linked to a design table. When I try "Save and Check In", the design table file is not included in the list of files to be checked in. Will the table come in as part of the assembly? Do I have to check in the Excel file manually?

If the design table is embedded within the SW file, I'd think it would check in as part of that file. If the excell file is separate it has to be treated as an attachment. Check in the SW file. Now check in the excel file. Find the SW file in your pdm vault tree and right click on the filename. Select "Add Attachment" and then select your excel file. Now the two files are linked.
