Hi guys-
Ive been lurking around for awhile, and I finally have a question of my own thats stumping me.
I have a big aluminum facade I'm modeling for someone, and it has 2 complex surfaces on it (4 surfaces total). I need to convert it to sheet metal in order to flatten it. Basically its going to start as a perfectly rectangular piece, then get bent a few times (complexly), and the corners will end up being square with each other post-bend. So if you were to lay it on the ground it wouldn't wobble, and if you were to outline it on the ground, it would be a rectangle.
The way I created the part as attached, is 2 lofted sketches into a solid part. I need to be able to play with the bend angles in order for it to be rectangular after it is bent. As it is, its rectangular post-bend, but it won't be a perfect rectangle pre-bend. So I need to know which bends to adjust and by how much.
I just can't seem to figure it out, and any help would be greatly appreciated!
