Dimensioning a Reflex Angle

I need to dimension an arc that is about 260 degrees. Essentially picture someone drawing Pac Man. The two lines that form his mouth are construction lines. When I dimension his mouth, I don't want to dimension how wide his mouth is, but rather the angle of the arc that forms his head.

In geometry, this is called a Reflex Angle. It is an angle that is greater than 180 and less than 360. As I attempt to place the dimension, SW always tries to give me either the Acute angle or Obtuse angle measurement.

How can I force the Reflex Angle measurement?
