I disable the graphic card (to use CPU) and I have the same problem.
I uninstalled and re-install, but the error is still there
Very sorry to hear this issue. Have you brought it up with your reseller for them to gather your input and track properly?
In fact, I am a dealer technician. it is not for me, but for a client. I created a service request at SolidWorks, but there is no solution at the moment > SPR. I try the forum to find a solution.
When this happens to me I go to window explorer, type %temp% and delete the SOLIDWORKS\SOLIDWORKS Visualize directory while Visualize is closed. This usually clears up the problem
Thanks for the tip, Jason! It definitely helps to perform this manual clean-up from time to time.
Thank you for your reply. But this procedure does not work, I had already tried to clean *.temp files with "Ccleaner".
Do you have other ideas to solve the problem?
Delete some registry key ?
Can you send a test file over to your reseller so they can troubleshoot the file and then send over to the proper SW support path for further debugging?
I had the same issue. I solve it by updating my drivers and the performing a manual reset of the settings.
I also had the same issue and solved it by doing a downgrade to the SOLIDWORKS version, in my case was from 2017 SP5.0 to SP4.1. And it works after doing a clean instalation.
