We would like to remove or delete some of the exsisting standards (GB, JIS, MIL, etc.) from Toolbox. How do I go accomplish this?

I found it. Under the "Content" tab of the Configure Data dialog window for Toolbox you simply uncheck the Standards you do not want to show up in the Design Library.
You are not deleting the Standards, just removing them from the Design Library UI for the users.
