Is there a way to use the full round fillet command on a cylinder. I mean I can make a fillet with dia. / 2..... but is there another way?

I know all you experts are probably pulling your hair out at my question... but I've been truly hunting for a different solution than half the dia. fillet.

(please don't kick me off the forum...... )
