First off, it's SW2008 SP1.1

I've been working on a project, trying to automate the design of our assemblies. My goal has been to have one "master" Excel sheet that defines the dimensions for the various parts in the assembly.

I have found one way to do this; I have the DT's saved out and linked, all referring to the master sheet for their parameters. I just have to open all the sheets so they'll update.

The problem I'm having now is that I was to save each design I do as a separate model.

Is there any way to do this, save for deleting the design table from each part manually (thus breaking the link to the master sheet)?
