I'm creating a technical service manual with exploded views and model views in Microsoft Word and using SW2008 to create the views/pictures.

1) How can I link/embed a part/assembly or SW drawing to MS Word, so if I have a particular view of the part/assembly, and the model changes later, it will be updated when the Word.doc file is opened and Links updated?
2) Can a SW drawing file be imbedded/linked in MS Word?
3) I've created an exploded view of my assembly that is quite long, and some parts (shafts, tubes) could be shortended with a broken view of the part, thus resulting in a smaller, better scale of assembly in my .slddrw file. Is there a way to do this with exploded line sketches?
Right now, i'm creating everything in SW and using 'save as' .jpg for the model pics, and am creating PDF's for the SW drawings of the exploded assembly. But if the part changes, I'd like an update.

Thanks,
Sammy
