temperature inlet and outlet boundary conditions

    Ryan Orozco
I am modelling microchannel water flow through a glass substrate. The substrate is heated from the bottom. I am confused about setting the temperature at the velocity inlet and the pressure outlet. No matter what I set it at, the calculated temperatures at those faces are completely different. I would think if these are real temperature boundary conditions then the faces would be forced to those input temperatures. Am I over constraining the model because all of the outside walls have thermal bcs already?

Hope someone can help me out with this.

      Cheers,
