Remove the fix relationship, and use fully define sketch under tools, dimensions, and it will dimension to the origin.
You can also try making your logo into a sketch block.
Mahir is right on. Whenever I go to the great trouble of creating a logo sketch for a project I always make it a block and save the block it to my project directory for everyone to use.
I used the fully define option, picking a corner of the sketch to dimension it to. This allowed me to dimension the point to the edges of the part to make a library feature out of it. It was still not completely defined, but there were a huge number of dim and constraints.
I tried the make the sketch into a block method, but it would not allow it as a library feature with the block embeded in the sketch.
The techique I am using in the end is using the block as required to make a cut feature logo on any part required. It works well without using the library feature.
Thanks to everyone's input.
