I've been playing around teaching myself how to use and utilize the motion study and then writing it in an avi file. Cool stuff, in the beginning! Now for some odd reason as soon as I start writing an avi file it will start but halve way thro writing the file a popup will appear saying that it doesn't have the required memory and kicks me out of SolidWorks. I had the IT bloke here and he is stumped; I have so much free space and RAM on this pc it just doesn't make sense.
Please can anyone poke me in the right direction to sort out this problem?

What is the frame rate? Were you doing anything else in parallel? I have found that if I too many parts opened and try to do a large AVI with a high frame rate I am not always successful.

  The parts are a flip-top cap flipping open and close. Really small and not huge parts, only 2 parts: top and bottom with two mates for the hinge.
  
  The frame information is: frames per second 7.5
  It was the norm and I haven't changed it ever. I just don't know what is suddenly causing the problems
