I decided to scrap the 64 bit Dell 690 and build a system from scratch. I used an Asus P5E3 WS motherboard, 2 Gb of DDR3 ram, 10K rpm Hard drive and I took one of the Quadro 4600 cards from the old 690. I'm running Xp Pro 32 bit / SP3. This thing Flies! It can do the punchholder in 70.5 seconds, (the 690 took 264 seconds) and all of the functions like toolbox and cosmetic threads work fine. Thanks for all of the advice - Who says more computer is better?
