New files from design table configurations

I have structural template files with design tables for all the variable sizes. How do I set up SW so that when a user creates a new part with one of these structural template files that the design table is not brought into the new part.

I want the user to be able to select the appropriate structural size during the new part creation instead of having to go into the design table and selecting the correct configuration after the new part is already open/created. Am I making sense?
