No Valid Configuration

I am unable to use tubing I created. When I go to start a route, the tubing I select doesn't work. There is a message saying No Valid Configuration Found For This Pipe (something along those lines). Is it something as simple as not formatting the design table correctly (if I put the header row in row 2, not 1)? I changed this, but it made no difference. I only have 1 configuration for this particular tubing.

The strange thing is that I used this tubing once, to make a Route Assembly. It was when I started SWx again that I got this error.

Any ideas?

Correct Answer

SWx Tech Support found the problem. I didn't define the fitting's CPoint properly. It must be the same Nominal Diameter as the tube you will use.

The Use Specification check box under the Parameters box in the Route Properties didn't seem to have any effect on what tubing can be used (having the box cleared didn't override the CPoint nominal diameter)

I am using SWx 2006.

Hi,
please read first help, it describe how you need to construct pipes.

Your pipe needs :

OuterDiameter@PipeSketch
InnerDiameter@PipeSketch
NominalDiameter@FilterSketch
$PRP@Pipe Identifier (value must be unique for each configuration)

Your error derive (for me) because you don't have this PRP.
If you don't resolve, please post your pipe.
