The Visualize Cloud Library is 100% free and available to all Visualize users. We changed the file type when we moved from Bunkspeed to Visualize. We had to remove some of the content on the old Bunkspeed cloud library for redistribution rights, and temporarily removed the ability for users to upload assets to the Visualize Cloud directly. This functionality will be back in a future version.
Bunkspeed (.bif) = Visualize (.svpj)
Bunkspeed (.bcf) = Visualize (.svcm)
Bunkspeed (.bmf) = Visualize (.svap)
All you need to do is manually change the old file extensions to the new one. It's best to open old BIFs within Visualize for proper conversion.
When you say open in Visualize I'm not sure what that means i.e I have Bunkspeed installed on my PC I click on it and it opens as Bunkspeed and now if I want to update materials it appears I cant .
From what your answer indicates is that I should now be operating under visualize ???
3 things ...
1. I'm just a regular guy not a computer whizz
2. I'm a little touchy on this subject due to the fact that if I want to change /upgrade PC's and need to reinstall Bunkspeed (that I have paid for)
will I be able to do this as I have been caught out before with software companies being bought out and customers being left in the dust
3 I have had nothing from Bunkspeed or SW explaining a "switch over" process which is why I'm in the dark
Have you transitioned over to the new Visualize products yet?
No - I haven't had any correspondence saying I can / should / how to
Very strange. We've sent multiple email blasts to our legacy Bunkspeed community; first one was sent back in October 2015.
What is your email address? You can send it to me in a private message on this forum.
I will follow up with a colleague and have her send you all the necessary information. Thanks.
