Moving Part file and keeping Assembly references

Ok, first off forgive me if this is somewhere on the forums, but I could not find it anywhere so hopefully someone can help me out or point me in the correct direction.

What I have is a universal part that is referenced to over 100 different assemblies. I want to move this part from one folder to a different folder while keep the references to ALL of those assemblies. The assemblies DO NOT move because they are in separate folders and are separate projects and are not in the same folder as the universal part.

The help in Solidworks Explorer isn't much help since it is mostly geared toward PDMWorks now. I couldn't find anything about moving a file, just all parts in an assembly with Pack and Go, which isn't what I want to do. If I just cut and paste the part inside Solidworks Explorer it moves it and removes the references. I want to move the file and keep the references.

Can anyone help me out? I'm sure it's something easy that I'm missing.

BYTW - I'm using Solidworks 2008 SP3.0 and Solidworks Explorer 2008 SP3.0.
