Dear Aaron; I get the same results on a different part. I will investigate to see if there's an SPR as it may have been picked-up (fixed) in a Service Pack. Thanks for catching this. I'm running SP2.0 on 2008.
Correction: I get the same results on a different assembly. There is no tag if I create an eDrawing of a part with a MIN tag on it. I will let you know what they say. Thanks.
Cool, thanks for checking into it. I should have also mentioned the following:
SW2007 SP5.0 - Hotfix: #402887
CosmosWorks 2007 SP5.0
Got it. They have not fixed it yet. Here is the SPR: 431919.

Your [SR:1-855477271] has been updated. Please go to the SolidWorks Partner Portal to view this issue.
Callout Tag in COSMOS does not match Edrawing Tag.
The issue was reproducible and SPR 431919 has been filed. Thanks.
Nice! I love it when a plan comes together. Thanks for the leg up!
You're welcome. I believe you have to leave-off the tag. I am really surprised they have not caught this, earlier. Thank you, thank you for finding this critical item. Maybe you could offer SW Corp to find these items for $5.00 each? Tony
Same problem here, I submitted it to my VAR (including files, mesh, results, screenshots & edrawing), but from the response I got I had the idea their support employee didn't think it was serious enough to investigate (they told me my mesh had a few imperfections and I should just try it again... doh... I explained to him I don't buy CosmosWorks for lucky (100% off) guesses, so I'd like him to investigate anyway... No response yet...) PS. this was in SW2008 SP3.0 x64
Hi Stefan. Don't feel pressured to have only one VAR. As a corporate strategy, some companies have more than one VAR, choosing to buy additional SW or perhaps different products (such as CW) from different VARs. A distinct advantage for them (of course) is that they can draw on multiple support resources.
