Hi, I built a new computer this month (specs in signature)
and am generally very pleased. The one area that is below my
expectations is the video. The Vista performance index rates my
video at 2.8. Rotating a 450 component model in Realview is
unbearably slow. With Realview turned off it is just acceptable.
Are my expectations just to high for the volume of video data I am
moving around too high or have I possibly missed some configuration
settings. I am using version 7.15.11.6939 drivers downloaded from
the SW website for the video card. I have spent the last 10 days
searching the web for ways to improve the video performance but I
have not made any headway. Any ideas or suggestions?

See mySig, I have FX3700 also, and same Driver..
But i'm running V64 Bus. rather than Ult..
Also, My Vista graphics score is 5.9
definately sounds like somethign not right..
I'd try uninstalling the Video Driver, and re-downloading and re-installing it..
Hope that helps...
