I am runnning SW 2016 SP 3.0. I have 2 piggy backing issues:

1. If I edit a note which was made on a drawing in sw 2015 my note won't allow me to exit out. It actually will exit out at first but if I save, rebuild, print, or try several other commands the drawing rebuilds and a box reappears around the note so it looks like I'm editing the note again. my work around right now is to copy the entire note, make a new note, and paste the entire note as a new note. this solves the problem but it is a pita.

and that brings me to the other issue that I haven't solved yet.

2. while trying to repaste the note I did some how got a copy of the note in the wrong place. it is visible, but mustard yellow like a dangling relation. I can't select it, cut, move, grab, hide, or delete it.  It does go away if I edit the sheet format or hide a feature of the model, but comes right back if I save, but not if I rebuild.
