I'm missing some of the components in the design library toolbox SW2008 sp3.1. One of the components that is missing is the keyway tool. See the attached image for what I have. I have tier 1 support with my CAD reseller and they've told me I have to re-install Solidworks, something I've done 3 times. The support staff from my CAD reseller seemed dazed and confused with the problem so I'm going to see if I can solve it here. This last time I did a complete uninstall, including deleting all the directories left over from previous installations. I've also ran the SWCleanUninstall.exe utility.
