Is it possible to create interactive content for WEB browser with Composer? The only thing I can see is with an old dead technology with ActiveX. This component is not possible to use anymore.
It's still possible to create and use interactive content with the activeX. You may want to verify that the check-box for 64-bit version when saving html output is enabled. This content can then be displayed in Internet Explorer.
I do wish though that we soon will see some new functionality to export content to app for android, ios, etc. So i will encourage you, and everyone else, to add vote for enhancement request SPR#528808 -Develop a mobile application for viewing 3DVIA Composer SMG files on iPhone / Android / Blackberry / Windows Mobile / iPad
Every vote will move this request up in the development priority.
The most popular option I've seen is using SVG's and creating a website based on these vector files. You can setup a lot of the work, like hotspots and links ahead of time within Composer, but you can also do a lot of the work afterwards by editing the XML.
This video covers it pretty in-depth.

SVG is a great way to go now because all modern browser's natively support SVG content, so there is no download or plug-in required. The major drawback to this method is that you cannot animate it. However, you could hyperlink to videos on youtube when clicking on some actors.
