Join Surfaces

I have some old models created in SolidWorks which have lines on the surefaces.
Is there a way to make these line disappeared? In the other words, can these surfaces be joined ?

Perhaps. If it is an analytical surface type, and the surfaces you want to join are of the same type that can be extended (planar, cylindrical), you might be able to use Delete Face with the Patch option. If the faces are complex (lofted), or the edge between them is due to different math (planar vs cylindrical), then no, you can't do that. You could use a loft, converting edges to splines to do it, but it may be pointless.
