I'll try and summarize,
I have an assembly in my vault that is made up of say 50 parts with each part having an individual drawing. I want to Pack and Go the assembly to make a copy of it. I can check the assembly out of the vault, go to file, Pack and Go, and that works fine. Problem is I want to add the drawings when I do the Pack and Go. If I check "Include drawings" it doesn't find any because they are still in the vault and I can't get it to search the vault. I don't want to have to check each drawing out individually so that they are on my local working directory as that would be very time consuming. I tried SW explorer and that doesn't even have Pack and Go as an option for vault items. Short of using PDM Vault Admin to copy the project where this assembly is located, does anyone have any idea on how to fix this???
Thanks,
Jon

You need to establish where to search for the drawings. So, go into Tools > Options and set References to the top level folder needed to find all the drawings.
Try to avoid C: or share drives. Only set it for the top level of what folders need to be searched.
