Send your files to your VAR (the company you bought the SW from) and they would fix it.
Actually it's when I save my files while working in SW2016, it will come up with a message that this file is for student versions only.
Your templates are basically from your student version install and you need to clean them out. So ask your VAR for the help as they can not be directly cleaned.
That is exactly it. Thank you! Used to Pro/E and knew there had to be something like that loading.
