Graphics Card Recommendation

I know this has been asked a lot, bit I would like a personalized recommendation from someone with a similar setup, or someone that has the knowledge to recommend a card for me.

I need a graphics card because I am working on an old Quadro NVS280 which is horrible. Don't follow my system specs in my signature becuase those are my home system. My work system is a Dell Precision 370 with Windows Vista 32bit and 2Gb of RAM. The Interface is PCI-E 16X, so I'm good in that department. I'm looking for a mid grade card as I can't afford one that's too high end. Maybe $200-$400 would be good.

I need the following...

Vista compatibility (DirectX 10)
PCI-E interface
SolidWorks 2008 compatibility
Full Real View support
Quadro or FireGL, not gaming card

Given those specs, what it the rock solid, ol' reliable, card. Performance (speed)isn't a major issue as I'll need a complete new system soon, and I'll have the budget for a nice card then.

Any suggestions? I read a lot about the Quadro FX570.
