Toolbox Missing

I am having trouble getting Solidworks to open up the Toolbox. I have gone into Options and set the location for the Toolbox. I have looked in the Add-Ins but there is no Toolbox, so it seems I didn't install it originally.

Now, I have just upgraded to SP3 and chose to install Toolbox as well, but I still dont have access to it.

Do I have to uninstall the whole installation and start from scratch, or is there a simple way to do it?
