I do not think this is possible in SW2006. However it is possible in SW2008, for whatever thats worth to you. I may be wrong on the 2006 thing but I believe this to be the case.
I'm alos thinking this functioniality isn't in SW 2006.
In 2008, you could drag and drop the sheets into the drawing and you'd be done. Sorry....
You know, I know what you were asked to do, but as a general rule, I turn and RUN from multi-sheet drawings. Especially 10, 15, 20 whatever sheets. It makes things run a lot slower and if you hit one "Failed to Save", then all of them are gone rather than just one.

I tried the old drag-and-drop thing until my fingers were sore, and all it did was rearrange the sheets on one drawing. I guess this is just another reason to upgrade...
Generally, I stay away from large numbers of sheets as well, which is why I broke it up into 2 chunks. It actually made sense, but the filing system here only allows for one drawing per model, so time to re-do some sheets I guess. Dang!
