I HAVE A SOLID IMPELLER WITH 3 BLADES. CAN NOT FIGURE OUT WHY I CAN'T FILLET THE ROOT OF THE BLADE TO THE HUB.

Len,.. can you post/attach the file here.. or a screenshot?
..it depends on the transition and the version you are using (?) but some of the fillet options (round/chord/rho) can be controlled to transition.. such as, using using a variable fillet or adding more splitlines.

Make sure the blades are combined to make one solid and make sure the fillet is small enough to wrap around the ends

Len,.. seems to work (although I did crash.. I'm not a fan of this release.. 2016sp3.. iffy ) and not sure if the radii is what you want?..
Thanks Paul again, I was on the right track but I didn't select all the little items on the blade and under profile I had circular selected.
I was able to get up to .156" witch is ok for this small impeller. I guess the next session will be how to get a bigger fillet on the pressure side of the blade.

Len,.. you can do a larger/smaller using variable fillet.. see attached..

post a sample/model part with your problem
