Anyone have the SMTP mail working? Our was working at SP0, but is not now at SP2
I have seen SP2 send email via SMTP.
So for debugging you gotta figure it is one of three things. Your workflow isn't set up correctly, something has changed with your SMTP server or your SMTP settings changed.
I suppose the first thing I would try is to send an email through your SMTP server via TELNET. I always have to go to: http://exchange.mvps.org/smtp_frames.htm to remind myself on how to do this.
If you can send email this way, next test on a simple "no way this won't work" workflow.
Lastly, check with your email admin, sometimes they make changes to the settings that mess up PDMWE. (Commonly they suddenly decide to no longer allow anonymous logins or vice versa.)
