After developing aches in my mouse hand I bought a larger mouse, a mat with a wrist rest, a space mouse and started using keyboard shortcuts more extensively. This all helped tremendously. However, every so often both mice and the keyboard loose their shortcuts and I have to re-establish them. Does anyone else get this? If so, any theories as to what causes it? We are using Windows XP and SW 2007 with the latest service pack.
