E Drawings Professional activation after upgrading to SW 2008 SP3

I use SolidWorks Classic 2008. That package has the standard E Drawings. After upgrading to SP3 now when I choose "save as E drawing" from the file menu in any SolidWorks file I get a pop up dialogue asking if I want to activate E Drawings Professional.

I cannot see any way to get rid of this dialogue. Is anyone else seeing this?

The E drawing is saved OK but the dialogue gives just two options -Next or cancel. This never happened in any previous version of SolidWorks. Bug or feature or just a ploy to irritate you so much you upgrade to Office professional?
