The simple answer is no. Per the ISO Specification for welds, the dashed line is part of the change in the standard, therefore, it is not optional.
You are in the same situation as my company is; we create drawings per ANSI using imperial units and we also create drawing per ISO using metric units.
Our decision, although confusing to some, is to stick with the standards and their respective interpretations and be done with it. After that it is a matter of making sure our customers, vendors & suppliers are educated and well aware of the proper interpretation.
Even though this may seem like a lot of work, we believe it is better to let the standards & specifications speak for themselves than to deal with any kind of deviation.

for instance Inventor has such option
