Local rights are deficient

Hi, with windows XP Pro, Administrator can start Solidworks, but other users with restricted rights cannot launch it.
Do you know the rights, i have to give ?
I'm working for education.

Just a quick question, are the licenses stand alone on the local machine or are they network licenses? I would not understand if they are on the local machine why they would not be able to start the program. Just curious more than anything else.

The licences are stand alone. (setup is in a shared folder : administrative install method).

No error in the events logs. Do you know how i could logged what's happening when sw is launching ?

I made a mistake, it's SW2007 SP3 (not sw2008), sorry !
Computers are AMD 64bits with windows XP 32 bits (all the same).

When i click on sw2007's shortcut, sw2007 does not want to launch !
No error in events log, no error message.
I use sldrx.exe but nothing is in red.

It's ok only with administrator's rights.
I don't understand.
Please help !

  Have you contacted the reseller who sold you the software? They should be knowledgable in these things.

This is an Education licence for a college and i don't know who is the reseller.
I work in college's software technical support.
But i'm going to look for the reseller.

  I've got the same issue with 2008 sp3.1.
  
  It started with sp2. I can only get solidworks to launch under admin account. Users can not launch on this machine. I even did a complete uninstall and reinstall and problem still exists. Solidworks and Solidworks Rx both crash with windows stating that the application has encountered a problem and needs to close.
  
  I've talked to our VAR (Trimech solutions) they were not able to offer a solution.
  
  Any help is much appreciated.
