Insert Library Feature at Sketch Level

Is there a way to insert a library feature at the sketch level?

I have a plate with a bunch of 1/4-20 tapped holes. I now want to drag and drop predefined sketch points for a motor mount that are 1/4-20 tapped as well.
Now I don't need to go and look up the hole specs, edit sketch and re-input data that I have already predefined. Then when I dimension my drawing the correct number of holes shows up on the callout as well as saved myself a feature on the feature tree.

You can create a sketch block of the points then add that to your design library. Then you drag that in while you are working in your sketch. I don't know how well it works with hole wizard but for standard cutouts it works pretty well. You could also add your motor mounting pattern features to the design library. It would create another feature but would give you a quick drag and drop for your mounting pattern.
