Cannot install SP2.1 via internet DL

has anyone encountere this before? please find attached screen shot.

i tried to update my SW for the latest SP but when i try to DL the files needed it says my "DL Request is denied by web server".

is there something wrong with SW server? or is this me?

TIA.

  yes, I see the similar error message. It is: "The web server did not return the requested starting position... of file ..."
  
  I see this different components when I try it at differnt times.
  
  No idea what to do except to try it again later (as the error message suggests).
