I need to model a tubular brace made from 3/4" x .065 hydraulic tubing. At each end, the tube is squashed flat for about an inch, a hole is drilled 1/2" from each end, and one flattened area is bent up 45 deg.

Haven't found a decent way to do this.

I am prepared to strike myself in the forehead and say "Duh..."
