Is anyone else having this problem? Occasionally, OK more often than not, when I exit out of SolidWorks 2008, the Soliworks.exe process doesn't dump. I then have to go into the task manager and end process.

You are not alone.
Rough guess about 1-50 chance, but it does annoy..
It used to be the same with 2007 & 2006 so used to it now.

Same happens here I've just gotten used to it.
I wonder if that affects network license users?
