Toolbox derived part issue

I have created a part from a gear found in Toolbox. I need to check the new part into PDM but it keeps identifying it as a Toolbox part even though it wast saved as a different part out of the Toolbox location. Is there a setting somewhere I am missing? Do I have to create it from scratch?

Hi Lorne

in c:\program files\solidworks\toolbox\data utilities you will find a sldsetdocprop.exe file wich allow you to set or reset the toolbox flag of a part

  Thank you that is exactly what I was looking for. I asked my VAR about this and he told me to copy the standard and redo the part (which I did). After wasting 3-4 hrs it was exactly the same. I knew that there should be something that was this easy.
