For EPDM administration: If I have to create a workflow where two users are on the same permission level (ex. both in same engineering department) but the person who submits for revision change cannot also be the one who approve (so the other person in the same permission group has to approve it or vice versa), how can I do so?

Hi Lynx, I don't have access to my computer at the moment so can't show a screenshot, but for every workflow transition there is a permission available called "Disallow sequential state changes"
Enabling this will achieve what you want, if user one submits the file for approval, on the Approve transition (if Disallow sequential state changes is turned on), then User 1 will not be able to approve the file as well.
