simulation of a turbine is very hard in cosmos, but you can use the rotation regions to determine how the rotor angular motion affects the fluid flow, e.g. the pumping effect. The reverse objective is too complicated for CFW, and the only thing you can get out of it are the forces acting on the impeller blade. For a more advanced analysis, you have to use other highend CFD apps.
Your approuch is kinda interesting,
maybe with the values of the forces on the impeller blade, with diferent angle positions, i can calculate the angular velocity based on torque aplied by time.
hope you will do it, using for example Motion to determine the resulting velocity from a set of moments and forces
